Attend Social Events - Want to attend the local play?  With NN&C services, the client can be picked up and taken to the play.  With this opportunity, you will not have to miss another social event because of a lack of transportation or company.

Attend Recreation Events - Want to head to into town to go bowling, but have no way to get there?  Staff is available to transport patients to recreation events and provide companionship.  Feeling that one is part of a community is important to personal wellbeing.  Don’t miss out on your next opportunity recreate!


Leisure Activities and Hobbies - After the activities of daily living are taken care of, there are blocks of time left for leisurely activities.  Dining out, watching films, cooking, gardening and dancing are just a few examples.  We will aid you in the completion of your projects to make it a relaxing and rewarding experience.  Whatever the activity may be, NN&C staff are here to make sure those activities happen.

Home Monitoring Check Ins - A worried son or daughter may wonder how their mother or father is doing, but may not be sure they require nursing services.  NN&C is available to do home monitoring check ins where we stop by just to make sure everything is going okay for the client.  

Telephone Check Ins - Arrange to be worry free.  NN&C can make phone calls to make sure things are going well in the home.  If a need is identified, a caregiver can be sent to the residence.

Planned Outings - There are a number of reasons to get out of the house from visiting with friends, shopping etc.  Engaging in social activities can increase the client’s self esteem and sense of wellbeing.
